Events 6.0.2 - Categories Missing

I have three categories configured.
 
If I add a new event or edit an existing event, the category drop-down isn't being shown.

Workaround adviced, problem resolved with 6.0.3

Do you have Enable Category Select ticked"?

Hello Roger,
Sorry, I did not have the checked. I was thinking as before, your categories and the category colors would still appear whether that checkbox was checked or not; so I assumed the wrong thing.

Upon checking this checkbox, all is good.

Well I think there is some condition in 6.0.2 which will cause it to be hidden. In 6.0.3 the category box will always display (hiding it selectively is just complex, and people wil always want something slightly different).

However I'm also adding the abilility to make the category select in views (Month/Week/etc) be single or multi select. Also of enabling the enforcing the filter so only those can be used for view/edit. If you look athe the module settings section of the documentation you will see the new items marked as version 6.0.3.
